It's a day late, but Happy White Day. Yours is the only fan letter I've gotten lately, and I always reply to my fans. So, surprise! Gyahahaha!

Mountain laurels mean ambition, right? I'll ignore the other meaning. Ambition, huh... To be honest, that's the other thing I forgot. Right now, I don't have any dreams for myself. Living is hard when you got nothing to live for. That's why I said what I said that day. That's our little secret, okay?

But last month, I remembered my dreams. It's all because of you. Since that festival you held last February, Niki and Hiiro couldn't be happier. It'd be great if we could all be idols and go back home together.

I know this ain't like me, but thanks for looking out for everybody. If you ever get tired of putting up a front, I hope you find someone you can let it down for.

( it does seem pretty weird to just have a blank card, and she wonders about it for a while before she remembers--this was the key plot point in a manga she read once.

...she's going to say it was from a mystery book if anyone asks, though. she's picked them up because their covers looked nice before. she's read some. it suits her more.

the letter, overall, doesn't suit rinne either--she gets the feeling it's him by the fanmail comment (there are only so many people she wrote to last month, and she Knows most of their handwriting), and she doesn't know how to feel about being proven right.

...if she's ever tired of putting up a front, huh? how would he know--then again, like recognizes like, she guesses.
